1 Introduction & Eligibility

Jitaba (https://jitaba.app) is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operating in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Jitaba and all its users. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

All Jitaba services are operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform is strictly for individuals of legal age (18 years or older). Account creation or use of services by minors is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration & Management

To create an account on Jitaba, you must provide accurate and complete information. Submitting false or misleading details is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent account termination.

• Active Bangladeshi mobile number
• Correct Date of Birth
• Valid email address
• Current residential address

Account Security

Each individual may operate one account only. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be terminated and the associated balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3 Age Verification

The minimum age to register and use Jitaba's services is 18. This is strictly enforced. You will be required to confirm your age at registration, and Jitaba may verify it at any time through the KYC process.

Acceptable Documents for KYC Verification

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Birth Registration Certificate (as supplementary proof)

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete. Documents are reviewed within 48 hours of submission.

4 Betting Rules

Jitaba offers Sports Betting, live betting, and virtual gaming services. Each betting market has its own rules, which are clearly outlined on the relevant page.

General Betting Rules

1. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
2. Jitaba reserves the right to void any bet placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
3. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
4. Jitaba is not liable for any losses resulting from internet delays during live betting.
5. The minimum bet amount is ৳10, and the maximum is determined by the specific market.

Odds & Payouts

All odds on Jitaba are displayed in decimal format. Odds may change before an event begins. Payouts are calculated based on the odds at the time the bet is confirmed. Winnings are typically credited to your account within 24 hours of event settlement.

5 Payment & Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used

Grounds for Bonus Cancellation

• Betting via automated bots or scripts

10 Account Suspension & Termination

Jitaba reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false documents
• Suspicious or Fraudulent Activity
• If an account security risk is identified
• By order of a court or legal authority

11 Dispute Resolution Process

If a dispute arises, please contact our customer support team first. We aim to resolve most disputes within 72 hours.

You have the right to pursue applicable legal remedies in Bangladesh against any decision made by Jitaba. However, all disputes are first addressed through friendly negotiation.

12 Changes to Terms & Effective Date

Jitaba reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date of the last update will always be displayed at the top of the page.
